- Who sells it: Leading Edge Health, of Victoria, BC, Canada. It sells direct online and through a network of affiliate websites.
- Stores: we found no authorised listing at Walmart, GNC, CVS or Walgreens. Don’t expect to find it on a shelf.
- Amazon and eBay: listings may appear, but we can’t verify the sellers, and the money-back guarantee is the manufacturer’s own.
- Look-alike sites: plenty exist. Some are affiliates that send you to the real checkout; others don’t say who runs them.

Why not just buy it on Amazon?
It might look cheaper or more convenient, but three things work against it:
- The guarantee is the manufacturer’s. Semenax’s money-back terms are run by Leading Edge Health on its own orders. A third-party seller isn’t bound by them.
- You can’t verify the seller. Counterfeit supplements are a known problem on marketplaces generally, and independent reviewers have warned about fake Semenax specifically.
- The price is rarely better. The official site already sells Semenax for $33 to $59 a bottle depending on the package — see our price breakdown. A “bargain” well below that is a warning sign, not a deal.
The look-alike site problem
In researching this guide we came across several sites that use the Semenax name in their address and present themselves as the place to buy. One we checked describes itself as the “Semenax Online Store” and says “the best place to buy Semenax pills is the Official website” — then links to a page on its own domain. It names no company or owner, makes no affiliate disclosure and never links to semenax.com.
That doesn’t prove the site is a scam. As the BBB profile notes, Leading Edge Health runs a large affiliate network, and many of these pages eventually hand you to the real checkout. The problem is that you can’t tell which ones do just by looking at the homepage. That’s why the checkout page, not the landing page, is what to check.
How to check you’re on the real checkout
- Look at the address bar on the payment page, not the page before it. It should be semenax.com or a Leading Edge Health domain.
- Check the footer for the company names: Leading Edge Health Inc. (Victoria, BC), Leading Edge Health Ltd. (Limassol, Cyprus) and LEM Processing LLC (Las Vegas).
- Compare the prices: $59 for one bottle, $159 for three, $289 for six and $399 for twelve when we checked. Wildly different prices mean a different seller.
- Look for the same guarantee wording: a 60-day trial, returns received within 67 days, two opened containers, one order per customer.
- Check the support details: the official site lists +1-866-261-8661 (US) and +1-250-999-0414 (international), and order tracking at shipping.leadingedgehealth.com.
- If in doubt, type semenax.com yourself rather than clicking an ad.
Who makes Semenax?
Semenax is made by Leading Edge Health, a Canadian company headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, which also sells VigRX Plus, Volume Pills and other men’s health products. On 2 November 2026 its Better Business Bureau profile showed:

BBB ratings reflect how a business handles complaints filed with the BBB. They don’t measure whether a product works.
In short: it’s an established company with a long history, which is good news if you need to claim a refund. Whether the product is worth buying is a separate question — our review covers the trial.
Buying Semenax outside the US
- Shipping: free shipping applies to the lower 48 US states only. Other destinations pay shipping.
- Duties and taxes: international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and tariffs.
