The timeline that matters
Most buyers remember “67 days” and plan around it. That’s the mistake. The 67 days is the date the package has to arrive back at the warehouse, and the guarantee page tells you not to ship anything after the 60-day trial ends. Count from the day your order is delivered, not the day you placed it:
- Day 0 — Delivery. Note the date from your tracking page. This is when the clock starts.
- Days 1–45 — Use it. Open one bottle at a time. Keep every bottle, including empty ones.

Refunds are of the product price; shipping and handling aren’t refunded. Free shipping applies to the lower 48 US states, so most US buyers have no original shipping charge to lose — but they still pay return postage.
A note on single bottles. The guarantee page says single-order returns cover “only the unused portion”, while the order page talks about returning empty containers for a full refund. Semenax’s terms are the same as the other products from its maker and fairer than many in this category, where opened product often isn’t refunded at all. The catch is simply that the headline — “67 days, no questions asked” — leaves out the two-bottle limit and the day-60 shipping cut-off.
